Once the oldest department store in downtown Mooresville, the Adams + Associates Office has undergone extensive interior and exterior renovations. Exterior upgrades included the installation of a new canopy and a fresh coat of paint for the facade. Inside, the office was transformed with the inclusion of a conference room, private office spaces, a waiting area, and a reception desk. The project aimed to lead by example and inspire other downtown business owners to revitalize their own buildings. Its efforts were recognized with the "Downtown Beautification Award" from the Town of Mooresville.
