One Stop Shops is a retail facility comprised of four tenants, housed in two separate buildings. The buildings are constructed using a combination of structural steel and light gauge framing, with an exterior consisting of EIFS, brick, and stone materials. The project involved several stages, including the demolition of a previous gas station, site work, Architectural Design, and Structural and MEP design. The project was delivered to the owner as a cold dark shell, providing a blank canvas for the tenants to customize and fit-out according to their needs. One Stop Shops is a great example of a well-executed retail facility, designed to meet the needs of both the tenants and their customers.​
