The Town of Mooresville Public Services Fleet Building Expansion was completed in 2021.  Due to the population’s continued growth in the Town of Mooresville, the Town of Mooresville required the expansion of its existing Fleet Maintenance Building, which is located on the Public Services Campus.  The project required the expansions of the Heavy Equipment, Tire, and Light Equipment bays to accommodate larger quantities and sized equipment, as well as small equipment that has become the responsibility of the staff to maintain since the building’s original construction.  The additions were constructed to match the existing precast panel structure to have a seamless aesthetic.  Modification of the site required expanding existing parking areas and relocation of the entry gate.  Mechanical and electrical upgrades were also required.
