Sageworth Properties collaborated with Adams + Associates Architecture and 37 Sol to create a unique restaurant concept that seamlessly blends the tenant's desired Southwest aesthetic with the Charlotte Premium Outlets' design guidelines and local municipality regulations. The resulting project expertly incorporates innovative and contemporary design features that elevate the overall aesthetic.
