This project consisted of two buildings that were designed for separate sites within the Talbert Point industrial park in Mooresville, both constructed for the same developer. The buildings utilize CMU bearing walls, a steel roof structure, and brick veneer on their public-facing elevations. The frontages of the buildings were intentionally designed to present a sleek and upscale appearance, featuring aluminum storefront entrances for each tenant space. Meanwhile, the buildings' rear portions are equipped with truck-height doors to streamline loading and unloading processes. These buildings serve as excellent examples of how thoughtful design and strategic planning can yield functional, visually appealing, and efficient industrial spaces that are tailored to meet the needs of businesses and their employees.
